I am Phil Stevens the owner of this business, I was born in Gassons
Way in Lechlade on 19th December 1968. My Family moved to Hambidge Lane, Lechlade in 1972
and my parents still live there. My Father Terry Stevens worked as a builder for over 40 years and is now enjoying his retirement. (Take
a look at the pictures on the photos page) I started working with him in 1985, learning as much as I could on the job. I
went to college for 3 years to learn carpentry which I have a city and guilds certificate in. I also did a 2 year General
Building Course. And a Small Business Course from home. 95% of the work I do is in Lechlade, Fairford and surrounding
villages.
I lived in Lechlade until 1995 then I moved to Fairford. My wife Ali works for her fathers business SE (UK) escorting
young and vulnerable children to secure destinations. My Mother still works part time in Lechlade post office.

My Number 1 employee is Roy Hann who was born in Edmont in Canada on 21st December 1986. He has worked
for a landscaping firm and Lechlade Garden Centre. Both his parents live in Eastleach. He wants to train as a general
builder and start work on his own once qualified and had experience.
